What does an AI system cost a small business?
At my founding rate, a business of 1 to 5 people pays $3,000 to set up and $500 a month. Bigger teams pay more. That money pays for three separate things.
What you're paying for
Setup is the one-time part. I walk through your week with you to find where the hours go. Then I connect your email, calendar, files and other tools and teach the system how your business runs. Your first two jobs are running in about 30 to 45 days. You pay half to start and half when the first job is live.
The monthly fee pays for hosting your system, keeping it running and tuning it as your business changes.
The AI the system runs on is a separate cost. It's extra, passed on at cost.
My prices
I price by the size of your business: the number of people, or the tools and jobs to connect, whichever is bigger. My first five clients get a founding rate, locked for a year. In return, I'd like to share their results, in words they approve.
- Small, 1 to 5 people: $3,000 setup, then $500 a month.
- Standard, 6 to 15 people: $4,500 setup, then $900 a month.
- Larger, 16 to 30 people: setup from $7,000, quoted after a call, then $1,500 a month.
Regular prices start at $1,000 a month once the founding spots are gone.
Isn't a chat assistant enough?
For some owners, it is. A chat assistant is good for one task at a time. You paste in an email, explain the background, get a draft back and copy it to where it needs to go. You bring the context and do the work yourself.
A system is connected to your tools and already knows your customers, how your team works and how you sound. It drafts the reply in your inbox, the reminder for the late invoice and the update for the customer. Then it waits for your OK.
Is it worth it?
Use your own numbers. Write down the busywork that runs through you in a normal week: the inbox, customer updates, quotes, invoices, chasing payments. Add up the hours. Then decide what those hours are worth to you, in work only you can do or in getting home earlier.
If it's a few minutes a week, you don't need a system. If it's eating your evenings, we should talk.
